Aidemy, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “We” or the “Company”) provides cloud solutions referred to as “Aidemy” to build human resources and organizational structures that are strong in AI. We recognize that the protection of the personal information of customers, business partners, employees, and related parties is our important duty. Therefore, based on the personal information protection principles and the code of conduct established by us, we fully recognize our social mission and comply with laws and regulations concerning the protection of the rights of individuals and personal information. Procedures for the Disclosure, Etc. of Retained Personal Data


You may request “notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition to or deletion of the content, suspension of use, erasure and suspension of provision to third parties” (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Disclosure, Etc.”) in respect of retained personal data.
The Company will respond to requests for Disclosure, Etc. of personal information through the following procedures.

(2)For identification purposes, please mail or bring one of the following documents together with the “prescribed form” set forth in Paragraph (1).

(3)If an agent is to take the procedures, in addition to the “prescribed form” set forth in Paragraph (1) and the “identity verification document” set forth in Paragraph (2), please mail or bring one of the documents set forth in Item A), and the document set forth in Item B).

2.Fee for “requests for Disclosure, Etc.” and collection method thereof

Only in the case of a request for notification of the purpose of use or disclosure, the following amount (including expenses for the Company’s reply) will be charged per request. Please enclose a fixed-amount postal money order for the following amount when mailing the request form.
