ISHIKAWA Akihiko

Ishikawa graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Tokyo. He attended the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo, but did not complete it. Leveraging his experience in applied research of machine learning in the water treatment field, he launched Aidemy in 2017.His books include “Mathematics for AI Programming” (Kadokawa, 2018).Ishikawa was honored as one of the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2021.

SHIMIZU Toshihiro

Shimizu graduated from the Department of Information Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology. He held various positions at Dwango Co., Ltd., including General Manager of the Technical Communication Department, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, and Deputy General Manager (in charge of R&D) of the Service Development Division. At the same time, he was transferred to Virtual Cast, Inc. and assumed the position of VPoE and General Manager of the Human Resources Department. He joined SO Technologies, Inc. in 2019 and served as Executive Director and VPoE before assuming his current position in 2020.

KINOUCHI Tsuyoshi

Kinouchi has been actively engaged in driving operational transformations across a diverse spectrum of fields, including the conceptualization, development, and commercialization of proprietary solutions within System Integration (SI) companies and foreign-affiliated consulting firms. He holds expertise across a broad spectrum of industries and business sectors, such as manufacturing, retail, and trading, among others. He has held successive posts as an executive director, overseeing both corporate and individual business divisions, and leading initiatives for new business developments.

KANAZAWA Shoko

Kanazawa has built a career with experiences spanning roles such as corporate sales at a cosmetics manufacturer, public relations and new business establishment within the gaming industry, after graduating from the Department of Agriculture, School of Agriculture at Meiji University. Later she was involved in activities such as managing digital advertising campaigns, providing SNS consultancy, and handling agency relations at Cyber Agent Inc. and Indeed Japan Co., Ltd.. In October 2020, she has joined Aidemy Inc., assuming the role of head of the Customer Success (CS) division and significantly contributing to the expansion of the company's achievements. She assumed her current position in September 2022.

MATSUYAMA Susumu

Matsuyama started his career as an engineer at ANRITSU CORPORATION and worked in system development and product planning and management at Yahoo Japan Corporation, Aucfan Co., Ltd., and Rakuten Group, Inc.. He joined RareJob, Inc. in 2013, where he managed the development organization, product planning, and was responsible for consumer business for about 10 years. He also served as an executive officer and vice president of a subsidiary at the company. He joined Aidemy in August 2023 and led the growth of Aidemy Premium as its business head.

UMEMOTO Kohei

Umemoto has served as the head of corporate planning and management departments at several major listed companies, including Sony Corporation, and as CFO and director at multiple subsidiaries and capital-affiliated companies. He has contributed to business diversification, structural transformation, achieving record profits, and turning around revenue growth. In addition to extensive experience in overseeing all back-office departments, he possesses deep expertise and connections in business strategy, financial strategy, M&A, and PMI. In July 2024, he joined Aidemy Inc., where he is committed to enhancing corporate value as the head of the corporate division.

KADO Yuki

Kado has been involved in numerous projects as a freelance web engineer since her time in university. After serving as CTO at several companies, in 2018, she took on the role of Product Manager for a dialogue engine at BEDORE Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary specializing in natural language processing under PKSHA Technology Inc.). After being seconded to PKSHA xOps Inc., she promoted the efficiency of machine learning projects. In January 2021, she was appointed as Executive Officer and CAIO (later CDO) at Aidemy Inc.. From January 2022, she served as Project Manager for multiple projects at Sun* Inc.. In September 2024, she returned to our company.

SUZUKI Tomoyuki

Suzuki is the former Executive Deputy President, Corporate Executive Officer of Sony Corporation He was responsible for expanding Sonys image sensor business since its early days and laid the foundation for the companys image sensors of today. In 2015, he assumed the position of Executive Deputy President, Corporate Executive Officer. While leading the creation of innovative Sony products, he has a track record of providing in-house training on leadership and management. Suzuki led AI x Robotics, a key area of Sony R&D, and contributed to Sonys record profits.

SHIINOKI Shigeru

In 1989, Shiinoki became a partner at PwC Consulting Co., Ltd. After the integration into IBM in 2002, he held important positions as Managing Director, Senior Managing Director, and Representative Director and President at IBM Business Consulting Services KK. At the same time, he served as Senior Managing Executive Officer of IBM Japan Ltd. Then, he served as Executive Vice President of Oracle Corporation Japan, Senior Executive Advisor of SAP Japan, and Director of YRGLM Inc.

WAKAMATSU Noriko

Wakamatsu graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Keio University. Certified public accountant. She engaged in auditing operations for major distributors, regional banks, manufacturers, etc., mainly in Japan, at Tohmatsu & Co. (current Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC). At BioFrontier Partners, Inc., she engaged in overall management and investment management. As a sole proprietor, she provided statutory audits for domestic companies, self-assessments for financial institutions, corporate disclosure support, and IFRS introduction support, etc. After serving at Hiroyuki Wakamatsu CPA Office, she assumed her current position in March 2020.

SHIMIZU Masahiko

Shimizu is a Partner at HCA Law Office. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, The University of Tokyo in 2002. After joining the law firm, Mitsui Yasuda Wani & Maeda, in 2003, he mainly engaged in legal services related to finance and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act for 11 years. He became independent in 2014 (Tansu-machi Law Office) and is mainly engaged in financial legal affairs and support for venture companies. He joined HCA Law Office in 2017.

DOHDA Takeaki

Dohda is a visiting associate professor, Nagoya University and a specially appointed professor, Osaka University. After working as Program Manager of the Center for iPS Cell Research and Application, Kyoto University, he participated in the founding of Megakaryon Corporation. Then, he worked at Preferred Networks, Inc. as a technical advisor and Chief Intellectual Property Officer. After working as Asia Pacific Senior Technical Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services Japan K.K., he assumed his current position.
