ISHIKAWA Akihiko

Ishikawa graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo and attended the university’s graduate school without completing the program. During his studies, he specialized in environmental engineering and conducted applied research on the use of machine learning in water treatment. Leveraging this experience, he founded Goods Inc. in 2014 while still a student, which was rebranded as Aidemy Inc. in 2017. The company has raised approximately JPY 1 billion from investors including the University of Tokyo Edge Capital (UTEC), and was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in 2023. His publications include “Mathematics for AI Programming” (Kadokawa, 2018). He was honored as one of the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2021.

SHIMIZU Toshihiro

Shimizu graduated from the Department of Information Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology. He held various positions at Dwango Co., Ltd., including General Manager of the Technical Communication Department, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, and Deputy General Manager (in charge of R&D) of the Service Development Division. At the same time, he was transferred to Virtual Cast, Inc. and assumed the position of VPoE and General Manager of the Human Resources Department. He joined SO Technologies, Inc. in 2019 and served as Executive Director and VPoE before assuming his current position in 2020.

KINOUCHI Tsuyoshi

Kinouchi has been actively engaged in driving operational transformations across a diverse spectrum of fields, including the conceptualization, development, and commercialization of proprietary solutions within System Integration (SI) companies and foreign-affiliated consulting firms. He holds expertise across a broad spectrum of industries and business sectors, such as manufacturing, retail, and trading, among others. He has held successive posts as an executive director, overseeing both corporate and individual business divisions, and leading initiatives for new business developments.

KANAZAWA Shoko

Kanazawa has built a career with experiences spanning roles such as corporate sales at a cosmetics manufacturer, public relations and new business establishment within the gaming industry, after graduating from the Department of Agriculture, School of Agriculture at Meiji University. Later she was involved in activities such as managing digital advertising campaigns, providing SNS consultancy, and handling agency relations at Cyber Agent Inc. and Indeed Japan Co., Ltd.. In October 2020, she has joined Aidemy Inc., assuming the role of head of the Customer Success (CS) division and significantly contributing to the expansion of the company's achievements. She assumed her current position in September 2022.

MATSUYAMA Susumu

Matsuyama started his career as an engineer at ANRITSU CORPORATION and worked in system development and product planning and management at Yahoo Japan Corporation, Aucfan Co., Ltd., and Rakuten Group, Inc.. He joined RareJob, Inc. in 2013, where he managed the development organization, product planning, and was responsible for consumer business for about 10 years. He also served as an executive officer and vice president of a subsidiary at the company. He joined Aidemy in August 2023 and led the growth of Aidemy Premium as its business head.

SHIMBARA Yusuke

Shimbara graduated from the School of Social Sciences at Waseda University. He began his career handling corporate sales and legal affairs at a construction consulting firm, before completing the Legal Practice Course at Chiba University Law School. After graduation, he was involved in multiple M&A and rebranding projects at a hotel management company. He then served as Legal and General Affairs Manager at Aucfan Co., Ltd., where he contributed not only to general legal operations but also to crisis response and the development of corporate governance frameworks. In August 2024, he joined Aidemy Inc., contributing to the strengthening of the company’s organizational foundation. Since then, he has overseen corporate governance, risk management, and organizational development, driving the enhancement of corporate functions to support sustainable growth. He assumed his current position in June 2025.

WAKAMATSU Noriko

Wakamatsu graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Keio University. Certified public accountant. She engaged in auditing operations for major distributors, regional banks, manufacturers, etc., mainly in Japan, at Tohmatsu & Co. (current Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC). At BioFrontier Partners, Inc., she engaged in overall management and investment management. As a sole proprietor, she provided statutory audits for domestic companies, self-assessments for financial institutions, corporate disclosure support, and IFRS introduction support, etc. After serving at Hiroyuki Wakamatsu CPA Office, she assumed her current position in March 2020.
